The 2011 Downham Market Summer Ball

 

Downham Market Summer Ball Committee this year have again decided due to the great success and sell out of the last 2 year's DISCOs to hold another DISCO again in conjunction with the Downham Market Festival Week.

This year our DISCO will be 60's 70's  80's  90's  00's. 

It will be held on Saturday 4th June 2011 in Downham Market Town Hall, from 7:00pm until midnight.

We would like our guests to let their hair down once again and dress up in "Wild West" costumes to give the night that bit more atmosphere.... but it is not compulsory! As a way of encouraging you to dress up we will be offering a prize to the best dressed! Last year's DISCO was a complete sell out with over 220 people groovin' the night away,. And well over 50% of you dressed up! 

Please note however as this years fancy dress theme is "Wild West" we ask you NOT to bring any replica (or even real) guns, knives or other weapons. Thanks you.

Catering

Catering will be by KJ Catering who will provide

A BBQ consisting of a burger, sausages, a piece of chicken, a roll and butter, green salad, coleslaw and new potatoes. (There is also a vegetarian option available if pre-booked)

A licensed bar is also available on the night.

  Entertainment

We will be dancin' on down all night long to a DISCO by Phase One Roadshow.

Tickets are just £10 each and are on sale NOW from LEWKS.

 

Please do not leave it too late to get your tickets, they are only available in advance, there will be no tickets available on the night! We can also reserve you a table if you have a group booking, just ask when purchasing your tickets!

 

 

   Fund Raising

We will once again be holding a cash prize raffle, with the rest of the money raised going to a local charity.
